UltraTech joins LeadIT to advance industry transition through global collaboration

20^th August, 2026: UltraTech Cement Limited, the world’s largest cement company by capacity and sales volume (excluding China), has announced that it has joined The Leadership Group for Industry Transition (LeadIT) as a member company. The membership was announced on 13^th August 2026 at a LeadIT reception with key government and non-government stakeholder groups in New Delhi.

UltraTech joins LeadIT at a pivotal moment for industry transition. The challenge is no longer simply setting ambition, but delivering implementation at scale. This partnership will further enable UltraTech to collaborate with like-minded corporates and other stakeholder groups across sectors and geographies to further accelerate its transition towards net zero emissions.

Speaking about UltraTech joining LeadIT, Mr. E. R.
