UltraTech Felicitated at NSCI Safety Awards 2025

Two of UltraTech’s integrated manufacturing units, Kotputli Cement Works, located in Rajasthan, and Rawan Cement Works, located in Chhattisgarh, have been felicitated at the National Safety Council of India’s (NSCI) Safety Awards 2025.

This year, Kotputli Cement Works won the Suraksha Puraskar award under the Manufacturing Sector, making this the third consecutive year that the unit has won an NSCI safety award. Rawan Cement Works received the Prashansa Patra award under the Construction Sector, for its Line-3 Project.

In addition, many of UltraTech’s other integrated and grinding units were recognised with Certificates of Merit from the NSCI. These include Ratnagiri Cement Works, Dadri Cement Works, Gujarat Cement Works, Vikram Cement Works, Arakkonam Cement Works, and UltraTech’s Pune Bulk Terminal.

The national level awards recognise organizations in the manufacturing sector for their exemplary Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) performance, commitment to reducing workplace injuries, and implementation of best OSH practices. It also encourages continual improvement in safety standards across industries, within the Manufacturing, Construction, MSME and Service Sectors. UltraTech’s success at the awards demonstrates its unwavering commitment to workplace safety and excellence and proactive risk management.
