Grasim cement perfomance for December 2004
Cement production for the month of December 2004 grew by 3.06 per cent at 11.23 lakh mt as against 10.89 lakh mt during December 2003.
Domestic dispatch of cement moved up by 2.95 per cent at 11.41 lakh mt as against 11.08 lakh mt during December 2003.
Cement production for the period April-December 2004 rose by 5.35 per cent at 98.05 lakh mt as against 93.06 lakh mt during April-December 2003.
Domestic dispatch of cement increased by 5.78 per cent at 97.87 lakh mt as against 92.53 lakh mt during April-December 2003.
Exports of cement and clinker combined for the period April-December 2004 soared by 25.77 per cent at 2.53 lakh mt as against 2.01 lakh mt during April-December 2003.

UltraTech cement perfomance for December 2004
Cement production for the month of December 2004 inched up by 2.47 per cent at 11.84 lakh mt as against 11.56 lakh mt during December 2003.
Domestic dispatch of cement advanced by 4.73 per cent at 10.94 lakh mt as against 10.45 lakh mt during December 2003.
Exports of cement and clinker combined are lower by 15.39 per cent at 3.37 lakh mt as against 3.98 lakh mt during December 2003.
Cement production is up by 5.56 per cent at 92.63 lakh mt as against 87.75 lakh mt during April-December 2003.
Domestic dispatch strengthened by 5.74 per cent at 86.95 lakh mt as against 82.23 lakh mt during April-December 2003.
Exports of cement and clinker combined for the period April-December 2004 extended by 8.22 per cent at 28.44 lakh mt as against 26.28 lakh mt during April-December 2003.
