UltraTech brought home a Silver trophy at the 2nd edition of Economic Times Human Capital Awards in the ‘Excellence in Change Management’ category for its initiative ‘Project Omega’. The award acknowledges UltraTech’s efforts in fostering a culture of innovation that was enabled by reshaping the organizational structure.
UltraTech works on the philosophy of ‘Keeping employees ahead of business’. With ‘Project Omega’ we have taken this philosophy a step further. The initiative was recognized at the Economic Times Human Capital Awards for its elaborate design of a futuristic organizational structure specific to the manufacturing vertical. The winners of the ET Human Capital Awards were shortlisted through a meritorious jury process, where 800+ entries across 26 categories from 100+ companies participated in the second edition of the awards. This year, the award ceremony was held in Gurugram on 2nd February 2023. Nominations were invited from different sectors like IT, lifestyle, FMCG and such others.
