The cement plant of Kotputli Cement Works and thermal power plant (TPP) have received the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) 14th National Award for 'Excellence in Energy Management 2013' and 'Energy Efficient Unit' award respectively, in recognition to the excellent usage of energy.

Dr. Ajay Mathur, Director, BEE, Government of India, presented the awards at an award ceremony held in Hyderabad on 20 August 2013.
