As a part of the transition process, the company has begun integrating Jaypee’s Gujarat operations along with its own, so as to realise synergy benefits. The alignment process began in June this year, when a meeting was held to address stakeholders’ queries and concerns. The company has now planned a series of celebrations and events across the State. Along with the ground events, technical meets with key stakeholders will be held to assure them that UltraTech will have the same quality that they have come to expect in a premium product.
