Key Account Management cell

A first for the industry, was formed in 2002 with a focused attempt towards developing successful business to business relationships with leading players in the highly competitive construction industry for sustainable growth. The emerging dominance of organized construction activities has metamorphosed itself towards Structured Institutional Selling. We partner with Key Accounts with unique product-service offerings aimed at increasing profitability and competitiveness in their business, while ensuring customer convenience at every step. Several landmark and Signature projects in the country are built with our cement by the Key Accounts team with our dedicated support.

Key Account Management cell

The Structure of Key Accounts team is developed based on the construction industry's needs and operations.

A CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) is a single contact point from our organization who keeps in touch with the customer Head Office touch points to service their Pan-India requirements. Project Relationship Managers (PRMs) would ensure supplies, documentation and value added services to touch points at Site levels. Technical services team educates the consultant/client on brand usage and guides them on various technical issues.

Our endeavor has been to enhance Customer Affinity through Building strong 'Relationships' and providing 'Value Added Services' to our Key customers.
