The mixture should not be bumped while being transported. Within 30 minutes of adding water, the concrete should be filled into the shuttering. Make sure that while placing the concrete, the formwork alignment is not pushed out of position.

When pouring in the concrete, ensure that the height is no more than 1m. If it is more than 1m, then make use of chutes.

During slab-concreting, start placing the concrete from one corner of the framework. If the slab is sloping, then always start the work from the side of the slope and add less water into the concrete mix.
