Cement performance for December 2010
The Aditya Birla Group Company UltraTech’s Cement production for the period April-December 2010 has moved up by 3.75% at 279.88 lakh mt as against 269.77 lakh mt during April-December 2009. Dispatches rose by 3.92% at 279.60 lakh mt in April-December 2010 vis-à-vis 269.05 lakh mt in the corresponding period last year.
Cement Production for the month of December 2010 stood at 32.21 lakh mt and dispatches at 32.73 lakh mt, maintaining the same level respectively over December 2009.
