Quality Circle Forum Awards

Kotputli Cement Works participated for the first time in quality circle competition organised by Quality Circle Forum of India at J. K. Tyre, Kankroli, Rajsamand. The unit won gold award in Kaizen competition and first prize in poem competition.

The event is organised to motivate workmen to take up new initiatives to improve the systems in terms of productivity, safety, maintenance practices, reduction of stoppages and power savings etc.

The presentation made by Kotputli Cement focused on providing compressed air breathing apparatus for packer operators. Mr. B. L. Kumawat was the team leader and Mr. Jaiparakash Rajput and Mr. Suresh Kumar Yadav comprised the team members.
