Cement performance for June 2011

 The cement production of UltraTech Cement, the Aditya Birla company, for the period April-June 2011 stood at 97.04 lakh mt as against 99.71 lakh mt during April-June 2010. Dispatches at 96.60 lakh mt during April-June 2011 vis-a-vis 98.89 lakh mt are lower by 2.31% vis-a-vis the corresponding period last year.

Cement Production for the month of June 2011 grew by 1.9% at 32.15 lakh mt, and dispatches at 32.20 lakh mt by 2.0% over that of June 2010.
